Believe it or not, the minor league All-Star season is just around the corner, and voting for both the AAA and AA All-Star Games has begun.

The 30th annual AAA All-Star Game which puts the International League against the Pacific Coast League, will be played for the first time at historic Cheney Stadium in Tacoma, Washington on Wednesday, July 12.

The Baltimore Orioles' AAA affiliate, the Norfolk Tides, are a part of the International League and will be looking to place more players in the game than last year, when just C Audry Perez represented the Tides.

If you would like to vote for your favorite Tides, or any other player for that matter, you can do so by clicking here.

The fans vote accounts for 33% of the total, as media votes and AAA field/general managers' votes account for the other two-thirds of the vote to determine the starting players.

Voting for the AA All-Star Game has also begun, and it's a little different than the AAA version. The AA All-Star Game is purely an Eastern League All-Star Game (each AA league has it's own ASG), thus the game puts the Eastern Division against the Western Division.

The Orioles' AA affiliate, the Bowie Baysox, play in the Western Division.

The game will take place on Wednesday, July 12 in Manchester, New Hampshire, and voting closes on Sunday, June 25. If you would like to vote, you can do so by clicking here.

The fans' vote is also a little different than the AAA game, in that for the Eastern League All-Star Game, the fans are voting for one position player and or pitcher with each vote cast.

We highly encourage Orioles, Tides, and Baysox fans to vote for their favorite players as we hope to see several O's prospect take part in their respective All-Star Games.
