The game puts the Northern Division All-Stars against the Southern Division All-Stars and will be played on Tuesday, June 20 at Columbia's Spirit Communications Park.

Ring, who will start in center field for the North, is having an incredible season for the Shorebirds. The 2016 31st round draft choice is currently hitting .326 with nine home runs, 19 doubles, three triples, 38 RBI and 33 runs scored. He has also stolen 11 bases in 14 attempts and owns a .986 OPS.

He leads the entire SAL in RBI, doubles, extra-base hits, slugging and total bases. He also earned the Orioles' Minor League Player of the Month honor for April.

Clare, who has played three infield positions for the Shorebirds (primarily at shortstop) and will serve as the utility infielder for the North squad.

This season, the 2016 21st round draft choice is hitting .274 with nine extra-base hits, 25 RBI, 26 runs scored and owns a .373 OBP.

Wells, an international signing by the Orioles a couple years ago out of Australia, makes it two-for-two in All-Star honors. He was named a New York-Penn League All-Star in his debut season last year with the Aberdeen Ironbirds.

The lefty has continued 2017 right where he left off 2016, dominant. He is doing so at the Low-A level and has to be knocking on the door of a promotion to High-A Frederick. This year he is 4-2 with a 1.74 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP over 10 starts. He has accumulated 40 strikeouts over 51.2 innings pitched.

Congratulations to Jake, Chris and Alex on their well-deserved All-Star nods.
